misuse. We are currently recruiting for a CE supervisor with
experience of Outdoor Education.

MAIN DUTIES
* To assist in the Progression of CE Participants through Outdoor
Education programmes within the context of a Drug and Alcohol Recovery
Programme
* Group Facilitation
* To Supervise and Keywork Participants using ILP and Care Planning
* To identify and secure progression pathways upon completion of the
programme
* To support participants in placement and employment or further
education/training
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
* Knowledge of Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and Client Progression
* Outdoor Pursuits Experience and Qualifications min 3 years
* Experience in Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service
* Relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent
* Minibus D1 license
* Mountain Leader Qualification
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
* Experience of using Ecass (Salesforce)
